Pineapple and Cheese Salad

1 large can pineapple, sliced and cut fine or crushed.
Juice of 1 lemon
1 cup sugar
Boil

2 envelopes gelatin, soak in 1/2 cup cold water, when softened, add the above mixture.

When half set:
Add 1 cup of cheese – cut fine
1/2 cup cream whipped
Stir and put into mold

Chill
Serves 8

Dressing – 1/2 pint
May add:
1 teaspoon chopped onion
1 teaspoon chopped celery
1 teaspoon chopped green pepper
1/2 cup whipped cream
