This vintage tuna casserole-style main dish combines tuna, cream of chicken soup, green pepper, and milk in a baked dish topped with cheese swirls made from biscuit dough and pimento cheese. 8 x 12 pan – 425° oven – 25 to 30 min
3 tbs chopped onion
3 tbs green pepper
1/3 cup butter
1 tsp salt
1/3 cup flour
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
3 cups milk
1 can 7 oz. tuna fish
1 tbs lemon juice
Brown onion and pepper in butter
Add salt and flour.
Blend
Add soup and milk
Add tuna and lemon juice
Pour in dish
Top with cheese swirls
