Rhubarb Jam

Dated September 7, 1956, this Rhubarb Jam uses raspberry Jell-O for an easy twist on traditional jam. The rhubarb and sugar stand overnight before a quick boil, then the dry gelatin is stirred in before the jam is poured into jelly glasses.
