Saute and pour off grease of 1lb bulk sausage
Add and saute:
1 green pepper
3 stalks celery
1 onion
1/4 cup sliced almonds
Add:
4 cups boiling water
1 cup uncooked long-grain rice
1 can mushrooms
2 pkg Lipton’s chicken noodle soup
Add salt to taste
Let set all nite in refrigerator
Put in a casserole, stir, and cook 2 hours at 375
