Nora’s Lemon Fluff

This recipe makes a light, lemony, jello‑based dessert made by whipping the set jello with sweetened, whipped evaporated milk and pouring it into a pan to chill.

1 pk lemon jello made as directed and cooled until syrupy
*Beat 1 can pet milk until heavy
Add 3/4 cup sugar
Juice of 2 lemons (for color)
salt
Beat again and pour into pan

*“Pet milk” usually means a can of unsweetened evaporated milk.
